Number 4 is still not right. It cuts out at 5:13. Your copy, I'll bet, is probably bad in just that way. I discovered my copy was bad in that way, and I tried to fix it by searching on the internet. This one was bad in exactly the same way, and A Darker Shade of Blue copy, uploaded on July 13, 2014, is also wrong in the same way....

I had that same problem, but I thought it was just me. Sorry. Maybe someone has a replacement?
